Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your Mobile Carrier and plan. allforwood does not charge for SMS messages.

  • Security and Fraud Prevention: To detect, investigate, or take action regarding possible fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activity. If you register an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • Communicating with You and Service Improvement: To provide customer support, respond to your inquiries, and improve our Services. This is in our legitimate interests in order to be responsive to you and to maintain our business relationship with you.
  • AI-Assisted Customer Support: allforwood may use AI-assisted technologies to help categorize customer inquiries, draft support responses, and analyze customer feedback for quality improvement purposes. Human review is applied where appropriate. These tools do not make autonomous decisions that affect your orders, account, or legal rights.
