SMS Terms & Conditions

Definitions: In these SMS Terms, "allforwood," "we," "us," and "our" refer to allforwood. "You" and "your" refer to the individual who has opted in to receive SMS messages. "Business Day" means Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. "Mobile Carrier" means your wireless telecommunications provider. "Order" means a purchase confirmed by allforwood via order confirmation email.

1. Program Description

allforwood operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers and visitors who have opted in to receive text messages. By subscribing to our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from allforwood at the phone number you provided.

Messages you may receive include:

  • Order confirmations and shipping and delivery updates
  • Customer support follow-ups related to your Order or inquiry
  • Exclusive discounts, back-in-stock notifications, new product launches, and promotional campaigns
  • Restock alerts and seasonal announcements

allforwood sends SMS messages from a registered 10-digit long code (10DLC). The number you receive messages from is associated with allforwood's business account.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from allforwood by:

  • Providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box at checkout
  • Submitting your phone number through an allforwood web form or promotional page that includes SMS opt-in consent language

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from allforwood.

3. Messaging Frequency

Messaging frequency may vary.

We send SMS messages as needed based on your Order activity and communication preferences. Promotional messages are generally sent no more than 2–4 times per month. Transactional messages (Order confirmations, shipping updates) are sent as events occur and are not counted toward the promotional frequency limit.

allforwood does not charge for SMS messages. Your Mobile Carrier may charge standard message and data rates depending on your plan. Contact your Mobile Carrier for details. allforwood is not responsible for charges imposed by your Mobile Carrier.

5. How to Opt Out

To opt out at any time, text STOP to any message you receive from allforwood.

After you text STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your removal from our SMS list. You will not receive further SMS messages from allforwood unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of SMS does not affect transactional email communications related to your Orders.

To re-subscribe after opting out, you may opt in again through the methods described in Section 2.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates.

Your phone number and SMS opt-in information are used solely to send you the messages described in Section 1 and to maintain your communication preferences. allforwood does not sell, rent, or share your SMS consent or phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

8. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers. Coverage and delivery may vary depending on your Mobile Carrier and location. allforwood is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages resulting from Mobile Carrier outages, network congestion, or other factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

allforwood makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the SMS service, including its availability, accuracy, or reliability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, allforwood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the SMS program.

10. Changes to These Terms

allforwood reserves the right to update these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued receipt of SMS messages from allforwood after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to updated terms, text STOP to opt out.

11. Governing Law

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Diego County, California.
