• If you're on the West Coast, you'll receive your order in 3-5 business days.

Eligibility for Coverage

This warranty applies exclusively to the original owner of the Thor Bed, provided the purchase was made through All For Wood or an authorized seller. Retain your purchase receipt as proof of ownership and eligibility.

Coverage Period

The Thor Bed is covered under this warranty for 2 years. Coverage remains valid as long as the product is owned by the original purchaser and used as outlined in this document.

Scope of Coverage

The warranty protects against factory defects and shipping-related damages. Specifically, it covers material or workmanship flaws in the Thor Bed’s components, including the wooden frame and slats. At its discretion, All For Wood will repair or replace any qualifying defective or damaged parts. Replacement parts will be of comparable design and value, subject to availability.

Exclusions from Coverage

The warranty does not include:

• Damages resulting from improper assembly, misuse, or neglect.
• Normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches, dents, or stains that do not affect functionality.
• Damages caused by abuse, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
• External events like natural disasters, fire, or flooding.
• Products used in commercial or non-residential environments, such as hospitality or rental properties.
• Dissatisfaction due to preference or changes in personal taste.

For multiple claims submitted under the warranty, we reserve the right to assess the validity of each claim in good faith. Claims may be denied if determined to lack merit or if misuse of the warranty process is identified.
